My report link stopped working
A model made in an AI chat isn't saved to an account until you save it. Until then its report link lasts 30 days after the model's last change, then the model is deleted. Save it to keep it: ask your AI for a save link, or use the button on the report if you opened it from a model link.
How do I save a model?
Ask the AI that built it to "save this model". It gives you a one-time link (valid about an hour). Open it, sign in with your email (we send a code; no password), and the model is in your account at app.latris.app, with a report link that doesn't expire.
Connecting Latris to an AI chat app
Add a custom connector (in ChatGPT, an app in developer mode) with the address https://mcp.latris.app/mcp. No sign-in is needed. Then ask, for example, "Use Latris to map what drives volunteer burnout."
Deleting your data
Email [email protected] from your account's address and we'll delete your account and its models. Unsaved models are deleted automatically 30 days after their last change. See the Privacy Notice.
